Refund Policy

We value transparency and customer satisfaction. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the scenarios under which refunds are applicable:


1. GST Registration Services

  • If the GST application is filed by Viom Tax Associates and later rejected by the government due to documentation issues, and you choose to cancel the service thereafter, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total fee.
    • Example: If your GST application is rejected by the government due to document-related issues and you decide to cancel the order, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
  • If you cancel the GST registration order before submission to the government, a 100% refund will be processed.

2. Private Limited Company Incorporation / Trademark Registration

For services like Pvt. Ltd. Company incorporation, Trademark registration, and other services where high government fees are involved:

  • Only the professional service fee charged by Viom Tax Associates is eligible for a refund.
  • The government charges are non-refundable under any circumstances once the application is filed.

3. Income Tax Return (ITR) Filing

  • A 100% refund is possible only if you cancel your order before the preparation of tax computation and ITR form by our tax experts.
  • Once the tax computation or draft ITR is prepared, no refund will be issued.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund request:

  1. Fill out the refund request form with your bank details (Bank Name, Account Number, IFSC code) or UPI ID.
  2. Upon submission, a Refund Ticket Number will be generated.
  3. Our billing team will respond via email with your refund status within 4–5 business days.
